On The Job.......
Risk Assessments and Method Statements are completed on all contracts. This ensures that our clients are informed of how the job will be carried out detailing any control measures that would be put in place. The Method Statement is based on the Risk Assessment, which details assessment of the risks to the Health & Safety of employees and others who could be affected by the work. These have proved to be an effective and practical project management tool.
